Confocal Images

I was trained to use the Leica TCS SP5 Multiphoton Confocal Microscope yesterday. Time on the machine ain't cheap, so all I have for you now are two images I took during the training session. I'm signed up for two hours tomorrow, so we'll see how that goes!



This is a Lilly of the Valley stem cross section. I'll post more about the workings of the microscope after I get some images of my own stuff!
